Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions
Everything buyers usually ask before their first order.
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style. For new buyers we offer a mixed first order: any 5 styles at 20 pieces each (100 pcs total). Private label OEM orders start at 100 pieces per design.
Yes. We strongly recommend it. Samples ship within 7 working days at retail unit price plus express freight. The sample cost is fully refundable against your first bulk order of 500 pieces or more.
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $20,000, and PayPal for samples and small orders under $2,000.
We work on FOB Shenzhen, CIF/CIP to your destination port, and EXW (collection from our factory). Most wholesale buyers choose FOB Shenzhen with their own nominated forwarder.
Samples take about 7-10 days. Bulk production takes 15-25 days after sample confirmation, depending on complexity and quantity. Express shipping adds 3-7 days on top.
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM: custom designs from your sketches or CAD, your logo on packaging and tags, and exclusive designs protected under NDA. OEM MOQ is 50 pieces per design.
We specialize in lab grown diamonds and moissanite. Every lab grown diamond ships with an IGI report number, and every moissanite piece includes a GRA certificate. Tell us your target market and we will recommend the right mix.
We target a 0.3% defect rate. If you receive a defective piece, send photos within 14 days and we will remake or credit it on your next order. Every bulk shipment includes inspection photos.
We currently export to 50+ countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania. Shipping is via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight or sea freight. Send us your location for a door-to-door quote.
