Minimum Order Quantity
Standard MOQ is 50 pcs per style. For new buyers we accept a mixed first order: any 5 styles at 20 pcs each (100 pcs total) to help you test the market. Private label OEM starts at 100 pcs per design.
Sample Policy
Samples ship within 7 working days at retail unit price (plus express freight). Sample cost is fully refundable against your first bulk order of 500 pcs or more.
After-Sales
We guarantee every piece against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, send photos within 14 days and we will remake or credit it on your next order. We stand behind our 0.3% defect rate target.

Lead Time & Packing
Samples: 7 days. Bulk production: 15-25 days for custom, 3-7 days for stock after sample confirmation. Standard packing: individual OPP pouch + gift box, export carton. Branded packaging available under OEM program.
