Here is the exact, step-by-step process we walk every new client through, from first sketch to repeat order.
Step 1: Design Consultation
Share your sketches, reference photos, Pinterest board links, or even a verbal description of what you envision. Our in-house design team responds within two working hours with feasibility feedback, material recommendations, stone suggestions and preliminary pricing ranges. We will tell you honestly whether a design is practical for production, whether it needs modifications for manufacturing, and what the target price point should be. There is no charge for this initial consultation, and no obligation to proceed.
Step 2: 3D CAD Rendering
Once we align on direction, our designers produce detailed 3D CAD renders within three to five working days. You see the ring, necklace or earrings from every angle. You can approve stone placement, band width, finish type, engraving placement and overall proportions before anything is physically cast. This digital approval stage eliminates costly rework later. Most clients go through one or two revision rounds on the CAD before approving the final design.
Step 3: Physical Sampling
We cast and hand-finish a physical sample from your approved CAD, typically within seven to ten working days. The sample ships to you via DHL or FedEx with full tracking. This is your chance to feel the actual weight, inspect the setting quality, try it on, and request any modifications before bulk production begins. Most samples arrive exactly as expected, but any tweaks to size, finish or stone choice are made before we commit to production volume.
Step 4: Bulk Production
After you approve the sample, bulk production runs in fifteen to twenty-five days depending on complexity, material and quantity. Every piece passes through our four-stage QC process before packaging. We use your branded packaging, hangtags, jewelry pouches and custom engraving at no extra setup fee for orders above 200 pieces. For smaller orders, we provide neutral premium packaging that you can label yourself.
Step 5: Delivery and Reordering
Finished pieces ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, air freight or sea cargo depending on your order size and timeline. We handle all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the GRA or IGI certificates for your stones. Best of all, your CAD files, molds and production specifications are stored in our system indefinitely. Reorders take just ten to fifteen days without repeating the design or sampling process. This means your best-selling designs can stay in stock year after year.
